What Claimo is.
Claimo helps you find settlements, refunds and unclaimed money, and guides you through each claim. Claimo is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.
Who can use it.
You must be 18 or older and in the US.
You send your claims.
You send every claim yourself on the official site, and you are responsible for what it says. Only claim what is true. Many claim forms are signed under penalty of perjury.
No guaranteed payouts.
Amounts are estimates. Courts and claims administrators decide who gets paid and how much. Claim details come from official sites and can change, so check the official site before you send.
Subscription.
Claimo Monthly costs $12.99 a month, with no free trial. Apple charges your Apple ID. It renews every month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the month ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Apple handles refunds.
Your data.
It stays on your device. Deleting the app or your data in Settings removes it. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Fair use.
Claimo is for your own use. Do not copy the catalogue, resell it, or try to break the app.
Apple.
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple's standard terms for apps also apply, and Apple is not responsible for Claimo or its support.
Limits.
Claimo is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for missed deadlines, denied claims or lost payouts.
Changes and contact.
If we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top. Questions go to claimo@insart.com.
