No account, no sign-up.
Claimo works without registration. Your answers and saved details stay on your iPhone or iPad.
What we use.
Your answers in setup, the companies and states you pick, and the details you save for forms. We never ask for your bank login.
What our server gets.
A random install ID, your push token, app version, language, time zone, alert settings, and the companies, categories and states you pick. Never your name, email, address or claim details.
Location.
Only if you ask, your location is used once on your device to fill in your state. It is not saved or sent to us.
How we use it.
To match you with claims, send the alerts you turn on, and make Claimo better. We do not sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps.
Who sees it.
You send claims yourself on official sites. We do not send your details to claims administrators. RevenueCat, our subscription provider, gets an anonymous ID and your purchase history. Mixpanel, our analytics tool, gets your install ID, which screens and buttons you use, and your setup answers, like your state and the categories and listed companies you pick. Never your name, email, address or anything you type. Apple delivers your alerts and takes your payment. Vercel and Neon run our server and database.
Our website.
The public pages on claimo.tech set no cookies and run no ads or analytics. Our host, Vercel, keeps server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
How long we keep it.
What is on your device stays until you delete it. Our server record stays until you choose Delete my data, which removes it and your alert history and starts a new install ID. Mixpanel and RevenueCat keep what they already have under their own rules. Email us if you want it removed there too.
Children.
Claimo is for adults in the US. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Your rights.
Depending on your state, you may have the right to see, correct or delete your data. You can do most of this yourself in Settings. For anything else, email claimo@insart.com.
Your choices.
Edit your details, turn alerts off, export your data, or delete it in Settings.
Changes.
If we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
